Moving
Vicky and I decided it was time to move closer to work. Sioux Falls is turning evil and violent. What we thought was supportive family and friends turned south.
We have been looking at houses in Pipestone MN but our finances aren’t ready for that just yet.
Last week we found a decent enough rental house with good sized garage for $500 month less than current. The owner decided to go with us instead of the many other applicants due to the rave reviews from references and work. Plus he is into guns and hunting. He took me to lunch Friday to celebrate and have a BS session. Nothing related to the rental agreevent.
our plan-goal is to bank the savings for down payment and buy a house we both like by Mothers Day 2024
