I’ve got a Rock Island Arsenal 1903 (30-06 of course). I’m not sure of the age but I rather like it. The only real problem is the barrel is quite dirty. Does anyone know a good gunsmith who can get it as clean as new? It’s just caked with lead fouling and I don’t hVe the energy to get it done right. Any idea how something like this is priced?

I would say to send it to me but I am swamped between Nancy getting surgery on Mon. and all the other stuff going on and all the work I am trying to get done it would be a while before I can get to it.
