polishing steel for bluing
So as I said in another post I am working to get another batch done. So yesterday I did a .22 over .410 double. I like to polish around the barrel not back to front (Even if the maker did it front to back) It took me 3 1/2 hours to do it the right way (Around the barrel). I just think a barrel looks much better with the lines going around the barrel.
But my price will stay the same.
I do things all by hand no wheels or sanding blocks. Like polishing your shoes (Back and forth).
I finish it off with a wrap around so the lines go all around the barrel with no breaks.
So today I will work on 2 barrels for a Mossberg 500 It amazes me how bad the factory does there polishing One pass and you can see bad lines and small…

As evidenced by what you have done on my guns your work is chock full of pride
