So with my knee and hip giving me trouble I am going to the stand on my 4 wheeler so I went down to see what I need to do. I see that I have a fairly good spot next to the stand and only needs a few little pine piled so it is hidden. But as I was walking around I saw scrapes and rubs that were not there last week. So with 5 days till opening day MAYBE I will get a shot on a BIG deer. I do not care if it is a buck or doe. No one ever showed me how to cook rack so it is tender.😵
I will be going down again tomorrow with my neighbors electric chain saw and 2 battery's he said for what I am going to do that will be more then enough to get the job done.

I just got back up from the stand and almost done. I made a nice camo spot to park but there are 2 roots that make it hard to back out. I guess I will go back down and try to split the roots to lower them.
While I was cutting wood 3 does walked by.. 2 BIG ones and one tiny one.
Hmmmmm Maybe I should take the chain saw down on opening day and make some noise with it with my .50 right where I can grab it.
