Can a gun that is under 50 years old be sent to Ca.?

I sold a gun on gun broker and the buyer says it can not be sent to him because it is under 50 years old.

You have to request a copy of the FFL that is all... I believe. Couldn't you call the LGS?

Sense the gun is not listed on the "OK" list they will not take it.

That list seems to change every day.... Pretty much when the LGS sells a gun they check the list to make sure nothing has changed since it came in. Glad it worked out that it can be sent to Idaho 😃

I think his screws are loose lol I ordered a New Heritage Rough Rider off GunBroker (shipped from MO) No problems... Maybe he found out he would pay the FFL transfer fee AND the background check fee. (over 90 bucks)
