Bad customer

This is being posted because of what this man did.

About a year ago I had a man bring in a gun that needed parts it is a winchester 1873 .38WCF.

After researching which model it is. Then spending time on the internet looking for what was needed and only being able to find aftermarket parts he was called and we were told NO they will not look right on this gun due to the great petena it has.

So after many days of looking (Hours of research) we found original parts but they were expensive and when he was told he said "No way he was going to pay that much for these parts to keep looking for them that were cheaper".

So we started looking a few times a week to see if they showed up on other sights. We found 1 sight that said they have them but after getting them in (Yes after we talked to him about the price) They were for the wrong model.

After talking to him and dealing with his bad attitude even at one point yelling at us he was told to come and get his gun. He called back and said to keep looking "They have to be out there some where just find them" is what he said.

This went on for a while and the more he called the worse his attitude got.

One time just a week after my brother died he called and asked why we could not find them and how much are we really lookin I told him that my brother died and I have not had the time to look at that point he said "That's not my problem we all lose people to get back to work on it. it is taking to long" I told him to just pick it up and he said he would then called on the day he was suppose to show up and told us to "Just keep on looking"

This went on for many weeks and he would call and say he is coming to get it only to call back and say to keep looking "Because the person that wanted to buy the gun from him wanted it compleet before he buys it"

After calling him and leaving a message telling him we are done try to find the parts and to call to set up a time to pick it up and there was a bill for our time spent on the search and all the phone calls with him. He called back and said he would be up sometime next week to get it. He was told we are open only by appointment due to me not knowing if I had to go to PA to take care of some stuff (I was waiting for a call from my brothers lawer to see when I had to go before a judge to get sworn in as my brothers executor) he got real mad and nasty cursing AGAIN on the phone he hung up and went to the state police in NY (He lives in PA) and a trooper called and asked what was going on I told him and told him I would call him back. After checking with the man who works for me to see what day he could be here (Having to bother him at his full time job) to give him back the gun (In case I had to be in PA) I called the trooper back and gave him a day and time and he was told there is a bill for our time. The trooper said he would let him know.

I was told if I was there to stay out of it and just let my employee do it.

As you will see I had a hard time not saying anything and at one point when he said he was never told there was a bill for all the time spent looking for the parts and the multiple phone calls I said he was told not only by me but the trooper too. (my employee saying my name a few times letting me know to shut up and stay out of it). At one point this man said "We will be back they had a phone call to make" he started to walk out and turned around and walked back in and payed again being ignorant and nasty. He walked out with his gun.

The whole thing was recorded (just in case it got out of hand) But we decided it was all over so let it be.

He then posted the next day on Google a very bad review (under a fake name his name is michael) I responded to it for all to come here for the whole story and see the video of it.
